Many Voices Speak is the project of Matilda Mard, an artist whose heart-aching dream-pop has won fans all over the world since the release of her debut single “Video Child”.
A cover of “Blue Moon” brought her international attention, fittingly for a song that resonated strongly with Mard’s musical DNA, possessed of a melancholic elegance that runs through her own work. Her debut album Tank Town delivered on that early promise, drawing praise from Stereogum and The Line Of Best Fit, and taking Mard out on tour across Europe.
