From the first notes of the wistful and woozy "Heal," Jaguar Sun makes a virtue of happenstance. The entirety of For You is suffused with a sense of analog warmth and tape saturation, you can almost feel the tracks undulate as the reels spin. Sonically, the record has the distinctly homemade feel we've come to expect from Jaguar Sun, but if the stakes on their new EP are low, the band still meets every moment with a sense of urgency and purpose.

Jaguar Sun first appeared in the Vinyl Moon universe way back on  a debut so auspicious that they immediately made a return visit with "Autumn Fire" (a collab track with Jesse Maranger) in leadoff spot on Side A of .
